Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
Original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice are intact
The product is returned in its original condition
The return request is approved by our team
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Only one exchange per order is allowed
If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference
If the exchanged item costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit
Shipping charges for exchanges (both return and re-shipping) must be paid by the customer
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Customers are responsible for securely packing and sending the product
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchange Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or made-to-order products
Items purchased during clearance or special sales (if mentioned)
Products returned without original tags or packaging
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
Cancellations before shipping may be accepted at our discretion

All prices are Ex-Factory Prices
We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet policy conditions
Decisions made by Kanjush.com regarding returns and exchanges will be final
