Shipping Information

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location.

• Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.

• Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Customized or altered products are not eligible for return (if applicable).

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the returned item is received at our facility.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of order.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable).
