We currently ship within India only
Orders are delivered to serviceable pin codes across India
Shipping Charges
All product prices are Ex-Factory Prices
Shipping charges are paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight
Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
During sales or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on location
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

Courier Partners
We work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number (AWB) will be shared via:
Email
SMS / WhatsApp (if provided)
You can use the tracking number to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
Tracking Issues
If your tracking status is not updated or shows a delay:
Please allow 24–48 hours for the courier system to update
If the issue continues, contact our support team with your Order ID and Tracking Number
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts
If delivery fails due to unavailability or an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us
Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD is available for selected pin codes only
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders
Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package or find any items missing:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos or videos of the package and product
Our team will assist you as per our policy.
